How long will it take to receive my item?
General dispatch time from placing your order is 5-7 days. We send our unique gifts on swift UK delivery services so you can expect to receive your order approximately 7-9 days after placing it. For overseas orders dispatch time is the same but delivery will vary depending on the country.
How are your items packaged?
All of our gifts are packaged lovingly by us by hand. Frames will arrive in a plain white or brown picture box with protective paper honeycomb wrap, sealed in our trademark Millie Moo tape. Ducks and other gifts will be sent in white or brown quality cardboard boxes, protected inside and sealed with our trademark Millie Moo tape.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are happy to discuss any requirements before and during purchase.
​​Every product is hand crafted or hand finished please note that no two pictures are the same and will vary each creating a 'one of a kind keepsake' which adds to the unique gift experience. We adhere to all codes of good practice and our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
How do I personalise my order?
On each of the product pages where personalisation is offered, you will see a field to fill in on the checkout screen where you can add your options or the personalisation required. If unsure, just drop us a message and we will accommodate your request.
